Andrea's Seating Chart....

More to come...

Autumn and Jay!!

More to come.....

Take Me out to the Ballgaaaaaaame.......

I had the pleasure of working with Monica's Mother (Margaret's shower invite), Mary Lou.
She was throwing a surprise birthday for her husband who
is an avid tiger's fan.  We came up with the "program" for the evening.  Its a tri-fold
brochure with all the information.  It was too much fun!

Daniella's Shower

Daniella's Future MIL came to me to do her shower invites.  I loved the theme they
chose.  The letter "w" which is their new married name.  We used a pretty purple backer and
a beautiful embellishment.  I had fun working with Sally, and Daniella too!

Deanna and Dave's Seating Chart

Deanna contacted me about her wedding at the Greektown Casino.  She wanted something fun, but not casino related.  So, Once again, a Detroit skyline came to mind.  I loved the black and white with the subtle red accents.

Margaret's Shower!

Monica contacted me to help with a shower that she was throwing.  She gave me full creative license and I was so excited!  She gave me a few hints into the Bride's taste:  Down to earth, carefree, and loved being "green".  So I came up with some amazing recycled paper products, and a whimsical flower and love bird theme.  I finished the product with a raffia wrap.  Thanks Monica for letting me do my thing on these!  I can't wait to work with you again!

Jenna's Graduation

I had the honor of working with Debbie, Jennas mom, on this amazing Z-fold graduation announcements.  Jenna was graduating from Med School, and was moving to NYC to do her residency.  Her parents were throwing her a brunch, and needed to be able to capture all of this information, as well as her actual announcement as a Doctor!  We decided on a royal purple and bronze theme with a satin ribbon wrap.  I loved how they turned out and I know Debbie was too.  Congrats Jenna!!

Katie's Grad Invites

I was able to work with Katie's Mom, Noreen, on these amazing high school graduation invites.  I decided that I wanted the back of the invite to look like a mortar board, complete with tassel.  We incorporated in the schools colors and the "09" all glittered out!  To top off the invites, I also was able to print out the envelopes with a coordinating design!

Long Time, No See!

Hi Everyone!  Sorry I have been MIA on the blog lately.  I have been super busy creating some really neat things.  Today, I am taking time out from my busy schedule of yardwork, house cleaning, laundry etc. to update the blog.  I hope you enjoy whats to come!

Professional Pictures

My Custom Designed Gobo!  I used my monogram and carried it from our invitations to every piece of detail that I could think of.  It was my favorite part of the night, well besides getting to marry the man of my dreams!

Here is our program displayed next to our cocktail hour centerpieces.

What better way to display your work than to have pieces professionally photographed.  Our amazing photog, Patrick, from Special Moments took the following pieces.  I would love to be able to go back and re-live our wedding day.  It was absolutely amazing!

Cupcake Birthday!

Here are some pics for another surprise birthday I did.  Cupcakes and cherry hearts, how can a girl go wrong?!  I love the glitter on the cupcake wrap band.  Its just a little touch that makes all the difference!

My Seating Chart....

For the wedding, I designed my own seating chart.  I took the design from my other items and transformed it into a foamboard seating chart.  I decided against the framed chart, because my table numbers were flat panels, so I used that concept and had the chart leaning against the wall where our guest book was.

Detroit Skyline Invite

I recently did an invite for a "Sex and the City" Themed surprise party.  It was a cocktail party for a woman turning 60, and her friends decided to throw her a little soiree.  Here is the invite that I whipped up....Tres Chic!

A Day to Remember Goes Custom

So, seeing that I have a custom design business..... I thought it was time to unveil the Custom Design Logo!

Our Thank You's

So here is the debut of the much awaited (Ok, I was the anxious one!) Thank You notes.  I have been waiting forever for these to arrive from the printer.  I swear if I could have found a way to take them on our Honeymoon, I think I would have!  My husband thinks I'm CRAZY, but he doesn't underestimate me either :)  I had these printed on a white linen cardstock.  Instead of the actual cards saying thank you, I opted to have a design that I could use again and again.
